FRAGMENTS OF A DREAM is an Artist Talk celebrating our Chapter 2 International Artist-in-Residence, Malak Manzour, in conversation with art critic, curator, and author Shana Nys Dambrot. The talk opens with intimate readings by Malak and Shana’s own inspired dream literature, and continues with Manzour sharing new poetry and artwork that blurs the line between reality and dream.
Blue Roof’s Chapter 2 Residency is an eight-week program designed to support international artists as they immerse themselves in Los Angeles. The program provides essential resources, including studio space, living wages, and public platforms to share their work. By investing in artists, Blue Roof supports a future grounded in empathy, creativity, and human connection.
We are grateful for Artis for partnering with us during Malak’s residency!
